Europe This Week is a business news show aired on CNBC Europe and on CNBC World in the US, co-presented by Guy Johnson and Louisa Bojesen, from 6pm to 6:30pm CET on Fridays. The programme, presented from CNBC Europe's London studios, examines stock markets and the economy in Europe during the past week, and sets the agenda for the coming week. Occasionally, special editions of the programme are presented on location from the site of EU summits and major elections. Europe This Week is re-aired as part of weekend programming on CNBC Europe and the CNBC World channel in the United States.

Wazzup Wazzup was a comedic-news program which was previously aired on Philippine television network Studio 23. The show features Vhong Navarro, Toni Gonzaga, and Archie Alemania as news anchors who introduce segments that are delivered by 'tadjocks'. In the show's first season, the news anchors were Vhong Navarro, Toni Gonzaga and Drew Arellano. Conflicts with Arellano's programs on rival GMA Network forced him to give up the show to focus on other programs he had with GMA. Although no admission or comment had been released by ABS CBN, Wazzup Wazzup was notably very similar in form and concept with the popular Argentine show CQC which has been adapted and shown in five other countries. Wazzup Wazzup aired its last episode on July 2007.

"The Journal," a CBC Television current affairs show from 1982 to 1992, aired at 10:22 PM after "The National," delving deeper into news stories through interviews, documentaries, and town hall meetings. This split hour highlighted CBC's tension between news and public affairs units. Hosted initially by Barbara Frum and Mary Lou Finlay, it became Frum's sole hosting gig after the first season until her passing in 1992. Mark Starowicz produced the show, utilizing interview techniques like the "double-ender" initially, later transitioning to satellite technology for interviews. Guest hosts included Bill Cameron, Peter Kent, Keith Morrison, and Brian Stewart when Frum was absent.

Worldwide Exchange is a television business news program on CNBC channels around the world. It used to be broadcast live from studios on three continents until May 11, 2012. The global program is now anchored by Ross Westgate in London. Christine Tan was the Singapore anchor from the programme's debut until her departure May 11, 2012. Michelle Caruso-Cabrera served as the U.S.-based anchor from the show's launch until October 19, 2007, after which Brian Shactman filled the role as a regular until 2009. Nicole Lapin anchored from February 1, 2010 to August 2011. Kelly Evans became the U.S.-based anchor from May 14, 2012, when the show was reduced to one location, discontinuing the Asian and United States legs altogether. She co-anchored with Westgate in London through May 3, 2013. He became the sole anchor of the programme 3 days later, after Evans returned to the United States. The program is produced by CNBC Europe in London. Billed as "the first ever global business news broadcast", Worldwide Exchange began its broadcast on 2005, and is the first CNBC program to be jointly produced by three of the network's regional channels. It airs from 4am to 6am ET on the main CNBC channel and CNBC World in the United States, 10am to noon CET on CNBC Europe, and 4pm to 6pm or 5pm to 7pm Hong Kong/Singapore/Taiwan Time on CNBC Asia. As a result of the success of Worldwide Exchange, a second joint production, Capital Connection, debuted on CNBC Europe and CNBC Asia on March 26, 2007.

Asia Business Report is a business news programme produced by the BBC and is shown on BBC World News during the Asian morning hours. This programme used to be available exclusively in Asia-Pacific, South Asia and Middle East but, as of a 1 February 2010 revamp, is now aired worldwide. It is also currently aired on the UK's domestic BBC News channel 3 times daily in the early hours of the morning as part of the Newsday programme. It is broadcast from the BBC's Singapore bureau which is in the central business district of Singapore. The main presenters are Rico Hizon and Sharanjit Leyl. Mishal Husain once presented this programme but has since returned to Britain to present the main BBC News bulletin for BBC World News.

Aktuellt is a Swedish nightly news programme produced by Sveriges Television and broadcast on its second channel, SVT2 in Sweden. First broadcast on 2 September 1958, Aktuellt was Sweden's first television news programme. With the start of TV 2 in 1969, the Aktuellt brand disappeared but was revived in 1972 when TV1 began airing two main bulletins at 6pm and 9pm. The 6pm bulletin was moved to SVT2 in 1997, followed on 15 January 2001 by the 9pm edition. The year before, editorial responsibility for Aktuellt, Rapport, and SVT's news channel, SVT24, was unified; nevertheless, the name "Aktuellt" continues to be used to designate SVT2's news programmes. A relaunch of Aktuellt in November 2007 saw Rapport begin a 6pm bulletin on SVT1 while the sole 9pm Aktuellt programme relaunched as an in-depth news and current affairs programme, covering two of three main items in detail. On 5 March 2012, the programme was extended to 60 minutes.

CBS Morning News is an American early morning television news program CBS. The program features late-breaking news stories, weather forecasts, and sports highlights. It is anchored by Anne Marie Green, who also serves as anchor of CBS's overnight news program Up to the Minute. The program is broadcast live at 4:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and is transmitted in a continuous half-hour tape delayed loop until 10:00 a.m. ET, when CBS This Morning begins in the Pacific Time Zone. The program usually airs as a lead-in to local morning newscasts on most CBS stations, although in the few markets where the CBS station does not produce a morning newscast, it may air in a two- to three-hour loop immediately before the start of CBS This Morning. The show is updated for any breaking news occurring before 7:00 a.m. ET, while stations throughout the network will join CBS This Morning in all time zones past that time at their local discretion or network orders for live coverage.

On Bank Holidays, the main evening bulletin usually aired at either 5:30pm, running for just five minutes.
