Synopsis

It's a home schooling day on the ranch and Ree is running both the classroom and the cafeteria! For breakfast, there are Muffins With Vanilla Butter, then Ree turns lunch lady to serve up Chicken and Noodles. Plus there are delicious Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter S'mores for spelling bee prizes.

Plus sister-in-law Missy's bringing her famous Lemon and Blueberry Cupcakes.

The next morning, Ree packs the family off with hearty Breakfast of Champions Sandwiches before the girls and boys set off for their separate matches.

She makes Patty Melts, complete with Crash Hot Potatoes, Quick-Marinated Cherry Tomato Salad and Bananas Foster With Ice Cream for dessert, in the time it takes for them to drive out from town.

First she's taking ravenous kids and cowboys a well deserved breakfast in the pens — delicious Sweet Orange Rolls and Peppered Bacon. Then she's making a big hearty dinner of Root Vegetable Beef Stew and Creamy Cheddar Grits, and sharing it with her best friend Hyacinth as a delicious thank you gift.
