This time on THE IDENT REVIEW, we're examining some of the earliest idents from what was the premiere children's channel, arguably across the world, Nickelodeon! We start in 1979, after the channel launched, rebranding from Pinwheel, it's early 80's attempt with the silver ball, the debut of the famous orange splatter and signature tune in 1985, and some of the early CGI work seen in the early 1990's!

This time on THE IDENT REVIEW, we're heading back to the year 1996, and just before Channel 4 was due for its first major rebrand, there was time for one last collaboration. They teamed up with Aardman, an award-winning animation studio who were responsible for such loved classics like the Wallace and Gromit series! They were tasked with creating numerous short sequences for Channel 4, so we're going to see exactly what they gave them!
