Anna and Simon never got around to renovating their Rozelle semi as planned and Anna wants out. Andrew has to find a home for them and their two children that fulfils Simon's wish list. Neale has to create a home Anna will love.

Anita and Cameron have a five bed home. The layout stops them from spending family time together with their three kids. Neale must re-unite this floor plan to persuade Anita to stay, while Andrew has find a better home nearby.
