At long last the answer to the great question will be answered. How did the League of Super Evil meet?
When the Metrotown Museum of Art unveils its latest exhibit, featuring portraits of the city's greatest villains (all parodies of famous portraits such as the Campbell Soup Cans, The Old Guitarist and the Scream), Voltar is furious he wasn't included.
Voltar does the unthinkable and decides to super evil-y-fy his voice. He figures that with a more intimidating laugh he'll be able to lord over the neighbourhood!
Voltar has gone too far! After demanding one too many excruciatingly difficult tasks from the Henchbots, they decide to go on strike, refusing to work until Voltar cuts them a little slack.
When Voltar suffers a humiliating defeat at the hands of Dr. Boddlington Von Pantaloon III, Von Pantaloon taunts Voltar by telling him he could only defeat him "in your dreams!"
Voltar thinks he's found a free limitless supply of change for the arcades when he discovers that people toss their unwanted coins into the Mall's wishing well.
Voltar has done it! He has finally managed to claim Skullossus's space station as his own by having Lose pose as exterminators. With Skullossus staying at the Metrotown plaza hotel while his station is 'fumigated' for 'space bugs', Voltar hopes to use the station's mighty mightiness to... pester Steve!
In a misguided attempt to spread justice across the city, Lose's arch nemesis Justice Gene 'borrows' the evil Belt of Multiplicity from the Halls of Glory's hall of confiscated villain loot.
It's time for the annual Super Villain Parade of Doom! And this year, Voltar has his sights set on having his League of Super Evil float lead the parade. A herculean task considering that the mighty Skullossus float has lead float privileges...
Voltar gets his evil little hands on a pair of discarded platform boots. The extra inches! The pooooower! But Frogg can't help but notice something strange about the boots... they're girls' boots, grant Voltar super powers, and seem to compulsively fight evil wherever it's afoot!
When Voltar and Dr. Frogg wind up at the city dump after taking a ride in the Lair's emergency escape pod, the two super villains assume they've accidentally destroyed the entire planet!
National politics causes wild small town drama in the Natty Light-chugging, grocery store parking lot-fighting, public urinating town of Fairview through the lens of its sloppy party girl turned pragmatic mayor, Kelly Sampson.
