Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie was a British reality television series on ITV2, series 1 focused on Jack Osbourne's globe-trekking six-month quest to get in physical and mental shape to climb the rockface of California's El Capitan mountain, the show documents Osbourne running with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, following a strict exercise regimen, Muay Thai training in Thailand, and "an overall 180-degree mental make-over". The show was broadcast by MuchMusic in Canada, and the Travel Channel in the United States, and Series 1 and 2 were repeated on the ITV Network late at night. The programme is also broadcast on the Extreme Sports Channel in the UK.

It's a punishing regime of fitness training and learning how to fight, Thai style. Here, Londoner Kai, who has struggled with many of the challenges, comes into his own.

After four adrenaline-soaked weeks away in New Zealand and Borneo, Jack and the recruits regroup in London for their next adventure. The challenge: to run a route though central London. Sounds easy? This being Adrenaline Junkie, they're going to do it the hard way by joining a hardcore team of urban runners, who are going to do the run parcour style. Jack and his recruits will use stairs, handrails and balconies to create their own obstacle course through London’s streets, and they've only got two days to get their skills up to scratch.

Here they will live beneath the canopy for six days as they trek towards the home of the Penan, one of the last truly nomadic jungle tribes untouched by the 21st Century. To even get to its location, after being dropped off by helicopter, the recruits face a gruelling uphill mountain slog. Two things soon become clear to Jack - he has an unfit bunch on his hands, and he's going to face a lot of moaning over the coming weeks.
