During the show, the video clips are played and the people who sent them in receive £250. Before the advert break, a "What happens next?" competition, where the viewers have to guess what happens after a clip is frozen, or "Framed Gold Records" competition, where viewers have to guess how many times something can happen before something else happens, or "Are You A Cry Baby? Kathy's So Called Reality
Kathy's So-Called Reality is a television clip show that aired in 2001, hosted by comedian and former Suddenly Susan star Kathy Griffin.
The show was "part monologue, part round-table", featuring Griffin discussing clips from a variety of reality TV shows the week prior with a panel of family and friends. According to Griffin, the reality shows, even the "scandal-plagued" Temptation Island, "amazingly" contributed clips to be mocked. The show premiered on MTV February 4, 2001, and ended on April 1, 2001 after only six episodes; MTV did not renew the show, due to low ratings. USA Today columnist Whitney Matheson wrote that the show "seemed to be struggling for content," and "all the good jokes are taken by the time Kathy's weekly rant sees airtime."

Smash Cuts is an American syndication television series hosted by YouTube star Julian Smith. The program was a clip show with a difference and is presented by a group of internet savvy 20-somethings who string their chosen clips together with fast paced banter and comedic storylines. The series began airing on September 4, 2009 and season 2 began September 2010. It was cancelled in 2011 for unknown reasons.
