After the death of his father, Greg had an epiphany and realized life's too short not follow your dreams and passions. Greg has decided to take hold of life and say goodbye to the nine to five world in favor of starting his own ecotourism business and hostel, something he's always wanted to do. His love of travel led him to South America where he fell in love with a small town in Colombia called Guatape, located 90 minutes outside of the big city of Medellin. Located on the huge Lake Guatape, the town is a growing tourist destination and ideal for setting up an ecotourism company. Greg has taken his childhood friend Bryan along with him on the house hunt in Guatape, hoping he will offer support and serve as a trusted sounding board during the property search. Seeking a home to accommodate his live-work scenario, Greg wishes to be close to town yet still surrounded by nature and scenic views. Will this small town be able to fulfill his wishlist? At 29, Kelly Wilkson reflected on her life in small town California. She realized the world was hers for the taking and set off on a year long sabbatical around the globe. Last stop was Lima and before long, true love. She met a local named Cristian who convinced her to set roots in his hometown, where Macchu Picchu and some of South America's most coveted tourism spots are close. She agreed - but realized making a living in this Spanish-speaking country would be hard. This new couple devised a plan to open a bed & breakfast so Kelly could flourish here. They're on the hunt for a 5 bedroom home in Lima's tourist friendly neighborhood of Miraflores. Real Estate Agent Zarella Bast has some bad news - prices in this neighborhood aren't what they used to be. Making a home here will require some sacrifices at their $200,000 budget, but Zarella has some options outside the area that could work in their favor if they're willing to keep an open mind. As an interior designer, Sandra is looking to renovate an older home to suit her style and her family's Dutch roots. Bill, a physician, and Barb, a stay-at-home mother have a large, unique family of 6 kids. For the past 10 years they have been raising the children on an 83 acre farm in rural Kentucky. Even while in medical school though Bill always dreamed of living in New Zealand because the beauty of the country and its' universal healthcare system has always appealed to him. Now that it is financially feasible and he has secured a job working for the New Zealand government's healthcare agency, the entire family is packing up and moving to the small seaside city of New Plymouth, New Zealand. This large family of eight are taking a big step moving from the large farm to the city center of New Plymouth but are looking forward to being just blocks from the beach and immersing themselves in the new culture. With a wish list of 4 to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the greatest challenge will be finding a house big enough to fit the entire family while trying to remain within budget.

Episode 7 : Longtime Partners Relocate to London

Nick Dray and Nikki Alexander met at a surf club in their native city of Sydney, Australia. What started out as a friendship has grown into a six year relationship. Though they love the sea and are beach kids at heart, they feel it's time to switch up the scenery and move to London, England which they plan on using as a launch-pad for exploring Europe. They have many friends and a couple of family members already living in London so though they will be very far from home, they will not be alone. Moving to a foreign city without jobs or a permanent place to live is a bit risky but they're young and adventurous and feel confident that everything will fall into place. Their main concern actually, is the weather. Saying goodbye to the sun, sand and surf will be hard and they're just hoping to find a home in the city with some outdoor space so that they have a little breathing room. Nick and Nikki are eager to begin their new journey and look forward to exploring all of Europe from their new home-base in London. What they are probably not prepared for is the tricky and competitive real estate market. London is one of the most expensive cities in the world and they are in for a real surprise when it comes to how little space you get for your money.

When she learns there are no apartments available, she has only one alternative. The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien
The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien is an American late-night talk show that featured Conan O'Brien as host from June 1, 2009 to January 22, 2010 as part of NBC's long-running Tonight Show franchise. The program's host, Conan O'Brien, previously hosted NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien, which followed The Tonight Show with Jay Leno for 16 years, until O'Brien's brief succession over Leno.
Many members of the Late Night cast and crew made the transition to The Tonight Show. The Max Weinberg 7, the house band from O'Brien's Late Night, served as the house band under the new name, Max Weinberg and The Tonight Show Band. Andy Richter returned to the show as announcer, and also began resuming his role as sidekick, shortly before the show's conclusion. The opening and closing theme song from Late Night was also carried over to Tonight, in a slightly altered form.
In January 2010, after the show had been on the air for seven months, it was announced that NBC was intending to move Jay Leno from primetime back to his original timeslot at 11:35 pm, with O'Brien's show starting shortly after midnight. In response to the announcement, O'Brien released a press statement saying that he would not continue as host of The Tonight Show if it was moved to any time after midnight to accommodate The Jay Leno Show. He feared it would ruin the long and rich tradition of The Tonight Show. It had been on after the late local newscasts from the beginning. After two weeks of negotiations, NBC announced that they had paid $45 million to buy out O'Brien's contract, ending both his tenure as host as well as his relationship with NBC after 22 years.
