Kirstie and Phil catch up with two couples who wanted to buy close to the English Riviera in Torbay. Newlyweds Sam and Jamie needed Kirstie's help to put a difficult couple of years behind them, while Geoff and Sharon were making the move to Torquay and needed to find a home big enough for them, their kids and Sharon's mum.
Episode 11 : Harrogate and Ilkley

Kirstie and Phil take on Yorkshire as they scour the beautiful spa towns of Harrogate and Ilkley, and the northern neighbourhoods of Leeds. Twenty-seven-year-old Mike Richie and his girlfriend Katy Roberts have recently returned home after 10 months globetrotting and want to put down roots in Leeds. Meanwhile, Ann-Marie McCullough and partner Lee Connolly want to leaves Leeds and are looking for a period home with three bedrooms in some of Yorkshire's most sought after spots.

In London it's double trouble for Kirstie as she helps 6ft 7 twins Matt and Chris Wickham, who are clubbing together to buy their first home. Their £350,000 is a healthy first-time buyer budget, but Kirstie faces a challenge as their favourite areas are central spots north of the river like Pimlico and Victoria. Phil helps Sam Taylor and his fiancée Krystle Maher, who are desperate to move out of their small rented flat in Deptford and into a home of their own before they get married.

Two years on, have the ambitious pair finally cracked it and found a home they could both be happy in?

Kirstie and Phil help two couples hoping to relocate to the leafy streets of Surrey, one of the most expensive counties in the country. Sonia and Daniel Alderson-Smith need to be settled in their dream family home before eldest daughter Eva starts school. They have an impressive budget of £930,000 and want to live in one of Surrey's most expensive and exclusive suburbs, East Molesey. Within this already tiny search area there are only 18 specific streets where they'll consider living. High flying couple Maeve and Peter Dunne are looking for a total lifestyle overhaul. They've got their heart set on Surrey, but have no idea where in the county they want to buy. It's up to Phil to focus the search and steer them through.

They want a place they can renovate from scratch, and for them it's less about Location, Location, Location, and more about Architecture, Architecture, Architecture.

Newly-engaged accountants Liz and Neil are looking for a home where they can start a family close to the market town of Tring. Twenty miles east, in St Albans, Phil is helping married couple David and Claire, who have moved five times in five years and are desperate to get off the rental merry-go-round.

Kirstie and Phil try to find homes in for single-mum Jo Beck and adrenaline junkies Liz and John Fairfield. Single mum Jo Beck faces the emotional choices that many single parents have to deal with when looking to relocate with their kids. Her children are settled in Nottingham but she has her own dreams of moving to Derby. Jo has called in property guru Phil for advice and reassurance. In Derby, Kirstie meets adrenaline junkies Liz and John Fairfield, who want a home that's big enough to house all their outdoor sporting equipment, with a huge garden and absolutely no road noise.
