In Sydney, an ambitious but not-so-street-smart suburbanite forms a "gang" with his three less than enthusiastic friends. Their nemeses become his no nonsense parking inspector cousin and his less than enthusiastic female partner.

A tale told to Shane by his grandfather with is dying breath leads Street Smart to take on the most dangerous gangsters in the whole suburb. Their mission: to rob the safe of a school uniform factory serving as a front for a money laundering operation. Capitalising on Tia's gift for not being noticed, Joseph has her infiltrate his cousin's gang. Will Steve let her into the gang or his heart?

Using his new drone, Joseph learns of Steve's plan to clean out the mall's vending machines but the two wind up trapped in a Dumpster together. Meanwhile, Joseph and Steve's mothers arrange for the cousins to meet a girl.
