Synopsis
Builder Chase Morrill is teaming up with his brother, sister and best friend to save and transform abandoned cabins buried deep in the remote woods of Maine. From historic cottages nearly a century old, to camp cabins in need of some major TLC, they'll give these properties the facelift they've needed for decades. And, you never know what you might find when you go for a walk in the woods.
Episode 16 : The Dixie Dog Den

With $25,000 of family money, an open deadline and grandma waiting impatiently next door, "Dixie" and the Cabin Masters visit every chance they get to check on grandma and put hammer to nails to restore the decrepit cabin.

A couple with five children calls on the Cabin Masters to take their newly purchased camp on David Pond and turn it into a family vacation cabin that will serve as a central part of their lives for generations to come. Chase and his team are poised to take this blank canvas and create a work of art that includes beautiful pine walls and ceilings and additional sleeping space for the growing family.

In a Cabin Master first, Chase and the crew are tasked with a relocation and land manifestation of a family Yurt on an island on Togus Pond. With a budget of $15,000 and five weeks to complete the job, Chase and the team enter uncharted (and nearly frozen) waters, knowing they will have to move quickly to beat the oncoming ice and snow so they can have the yurt ready for the family to drop their fishing lines in the frozen pond.

After buying her parents' old summer camp in Bridgton, a mother calls on the Cabin Masters to help her completely renovate the home for her parents to retire in full-time. With a $40,000 budget and open timeline, Chase and his crew come in to transform this camp into the ideal retirement space where the grandparents can safely continue to enjoy their twilight years surrounded by their loving family.
Episode 11 : A Legacy Preserved

The Cabin Masters pay tribute to an entomologist and late matriarch of an amazing legacy in West Gardiner, Maine, by restoring two rustic cabins on her 113-acre Wakefield Wildlife Sanctuary. With a budget of $35,000, they restore the cabins by adding composting toilets, hand pumps to pull water from the nearby stream, as well as propane heaters and cook stoves.

Hosted by Kelli Kirkland Powers, "Takeover My Makeover" rescues homeowners who are in the midst of home remodels and need help. Designers Frank Fontana, Kelli Ellis and Valerie Bickford make up the rest of the rescue crew. With a budget of $2,000, the team helps homeowners successfully complete their original visions for the projects. Among the tasks the design team tackles are remodeling a family room to look like a New England beach cottage and giving a couple a bedroom with a 1920s Hollywood theme.

Antonio Ballatore, his project manager Grace, and his right hand-dog, Chewie the bulldog, along with a team of Catsperts and Barkitects, transform drab, cramped homes and outside areas into functional, high-style spaces for both pets and the people they love. Antonio's excitement for both design and animals drive him to go the extra mile for his clients and their four-legged, winged, and scaly friends. The newly designed spaces, renovated specifically for the homeowners and their pets, feature design elements that alter homes to become creative and purposeful spaces for all to enjoy. This season, viewers will see a cabin redesign for a family and their blind dog; a complete backyard renovation featuring a pet-safe fire-pit; a man-cave that can accommodate 20 pets; and a room design complete with a soaring sculptural cat climbing wall, among other design transformations.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is an American reality television series providing home improvements for less fortunate families and community schools. The show is hosted by former model, carpenter and veteran television personality Ty Pennington.
Each episode features a family that has faced some sort of recent or ongoing hardship such as a natural disaster or a family member with a life-threatening illness, in need of new hope. The show's producers coordinate with a local construction contractor, which then coordinates with various companies in the building trades for a makeover of the family's home. This includes interior, exterior and landscaping, performed in seven days while the family is on vacation and documented in the episode. If the house is beyond repair, they replace it entirely. The show's producers and crew film set and perform the makeover but do not pay for it. The materials and labor are donated. Many skilled and unskilled volunteers assist in the rapid construction of the house.
EM:HE is considered a spinoff of Extreme Makeover, an earlier series providing personal makeovers to selected individuals, which the Home Edition has now outlasted. This show displays extreme changes to help recreate someone's space. However, the format differs considerably; in the original Extreme Makeover, for instance, participants were not necessarily chosen based on any recent hardship, whereas the family's backstory is an important component of Home Edition. EM:HE also has similarities to other home renovation series such as Trading Spaces, on which Pennington was previously a key personality.

Secret Eaters is a British documentary television series about overeating. It is shown on Channel 4 and presented by Anna Richardson. With their permission, people with eating habit problems are videoed in their home over a week. The subjects do not suspect that private investigators are also following and videoing them elsewhere. At the end of the week, the true amount of what the subjects have eaten is revealed. The subjects are given some days to change their habits, and are brought back, showing considerable weight loss. This drama is intercut with a separate short story where the presenter and food experts test some factor causing overeating.
