Synopsis
Hosted by Capt. Jose Wejebe, a Floridian and native Cuban, the show takes viewers on the fishing trips of a lifetime to some of Florida and Latin America's most picturesque locations. These exotic locales, which are home not only to some of the most beautiful scenery and saltwater destinations, but also to some of the most beautiful fish, will surely inspire any aspiring angler to take a trip of their own.

Jose ends his Louisiana tour by joining up again with friend Rimmer Covington for a unique show from Venice and Plaquemines Parrish. They join forces with conservationist Eric Newman who tags and tracks fish for research and education, and they set out for both offshore and inshore fishing to find the perfect fish for Newman's studies.

Today he gets his wish as local guide Miles Larose packs up the Hells Bay skiff, and in one single day, figures out the right fly, the right area, and the right retrieve, even though mother nature has turned the lights out making sight fishing very difficult.
