Trailer Synopsis

The Tracey Ullman Show is an American television variety show, hosted by British-born comedian and onetime pop singer Tracey Ullman. It debuted on April 5, 1987 as the Fox network's second primetime series after Married... with Children, and ran until May 26, 1990. The show is produced by Gracie Films and 20th Century Fox Television. The show blended sketch comedy shorts with many musical numbers, featuring choreography by Paula Abdul. The show also produced The Simpsons shorts before it spun off into its own show, which was also produced by Gracie Films and 20th Century Fox Television.

DINNER THEATER; While acting in the play, ""Butterflies are Free"" before a live audience at a restaurant, the lead actress (Tracey Ullman) tries to convince a fat man in the audience (Mike Starr) to take his mind off his food and on her act. CINEMA VERITE; Robert Parket (Sam McMurray) and his film crew visit the run-down apartment of single mother Betty (Tracey Ullman) to make a movie about urban squalor. THE MEDLEY; At a nightclub, a man and woman singing duo (Tracey Ullman and Sam McMurray) makes a final awful medley of 1960's songs in their act. ZOO STORY; The Simpsons visit the zoo and pay a visit to the ape family cage which resembles them.

LATE NIGHT CHECK-OUT; Bored, late night convenience store clerks Debbie and Lynn (Tracey Ullman and Julie Kavner), play ""burned-out"" to the late night customers for fun to see them get irritated. THE MONEY JAR; Bart, Lisa, and Maggie struggle with their good and bad egos over deciding weather or not to take money from the family's money jar.

REAL LACE; Irish room service waiter Liam (special guest star Frank Patterson), and fellow maid Kate (Tracey Ullman), sing to cheer up a depressed hotel guest (Sam McMurray) in his room. BART'S HICCUPS; Lisa and Maggie try to cure Bart's hiccups, with various methods.

WINGS OF LOVE; A travel agent's (Joe Malone) dull life changes when a frantic girl (Tracey Ullman) enters the office, desperate to get a passage to Los Angeles. THE AQUARIUM; Homer, Bart, Lisa and Maggie visit an aquarium and Bart gets carried away when he jumps into the shark tank.

THE CLOSET; Bart gets locked in a closet while trying to hide from Homer.

HOUSE OF CARDS; A house of cards that Bart builds keeps falling down while showing Lisa and Maggie.

Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C. is an American situation comedy that originally aired on CBS from September 25, 1964, to May 2, 1969. The series was a spinoff of The Andy Griffith Show, and the pilot was aired as the finale of the fourth season of The Andy Griffith Show on May 18, 1964. The show ran for five seasons and a total of 150 episodes. In 2006, CBS Home Entertainment began releasing the series on DVD. The final season was released in November 2008. The series was created by Aaron Ruben, who also produced the show with Sheldon Leonard and Ronald Jacobs. Filmed and set in California, it stars Jim Nabors as Gomer Pyle, a naive but good-natured gas-station attendant from the town of Mayberry, North Carolina, who enlists in the United States Marine Corps. Frank Sutton plays Gomer's high-octane, short-fused Gunnery Sergeant Vince Carter, and Ronnie Schell plays Gomer's friend Gilbert "Duke" Slater. Allan Melvin played in the recurring role of Gunnery Sergeant Carter's rival, Sergeant Charley Hacker. The series never discussed nor addressed the then-current Vietnam War, instead focusing on the relationship between Gomer and Sergeant Carter. The show retained high ratings throughout its run.
