Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!

It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.

If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.

The acting is good, and the firecracker script has some excellent ideas.

WHAT'S FIREPROOF ABOUT? A firefighter with a failing marriage takes a challenge from his father to follow Christ and make changes to save his union.IS IT ANY GOOD? Another solid outing from Sherwood Pictures, the Christian production company behind Facing the Giants and Courageous. Fireproof is a wonderful examination of why marriages succeed or fail, and the roles that humility, forgiveness, and faith in Christ play in keeping relationships strong. Kirk Cameron proves a capable lead as a firefighter in a failing marriage who gradually gives himself to God and words to right the wrongs he's done to win back his wife's heart. A few sketchy moments of acting from supporting players notwithstanding, this is an insightful and virtuous film not to be missed.IS IT OKAY FOR YOUR KIDS? Fireproof is rated PG. A husband struggles with pornography (discussed but not seen); he gets rid of his computer to beat the habit. A woman is tempted to be unfaithful, flirting with a successful doctor. There are some intense moments of a couple arguing.ANY WORTHWHILE MESSAGES? To keep your marriage strong, or to fix it if it's broken, you must be humble, accountable, forgiving, selfless, and kind.

Rebuilding a marriage that seems lost is no easy task. In many cases many consider it impossible but this movie offers one way of dealing with the process. Although a little unrealistic, it is within the realm of possibility. It's my opinion that there are too many of these kinds of movies that have a 'happy' ending where things turn out like they're supposed to. In real life, that isn't always the case.Wanted to give it a 10 because it has such good messages but it wasn't very well done. Would like to see a story that would help families that deal with the same subject but where it doesn't turn out well in the end. The website says that about 50% of people married will suffer a divorce. I know there are a lot of people that could use help rebuilding they're lives after a divorce. Right now I could use a good movie that would help a little boy that lost his mom, leaving him an orphan.

Fireproof; as the name suggests; is the good depiction of preventing family from possible damage and difficult times. Role of elders in our society, the benefit of their experiences, importance of strong family relationship in society are all good example of healthy life style. Values, respect, love, care are all indicator of good life and may change its intensity during the course of our life, hence, need constant attention. When we are busy in sustaining our lives, going out of home; earning money, doing jobs (challenging jobs rather); it some times takes us away from our personal values and relationship and we start feeling dejected. Work life balance and complete understanding of our social and family requirement is something which a person experience with the passage of time. All in all; good family movie!

This film came to me out of nowhere right in the time when i and my fiancеe are in position similar to the couple from the movie. After i finish with the movie i begin to think that there is a hope,and this film is all about.I' ll say,the way this film is directed and the story is presented is so realistic along with the actors and acting . The story is about temptations in marriage,when first impressions and passions along with the feelings slowly disappear. But love is anything but feelings and passions,is much more then that.Love is to give up your self from your self and to commit your soul heart and body to your partner,never leaving him or abound him .This is a commend from our God,the One who love us the way we never love each other .Love is about mutual respect , The point is ,love is science (Christianity)and we should study because we don't know much about love.Тhrough repentance of sins and regrets asking for forgiveness , we are born again.Anybody deserve second chance,as Jesus had sacrificed on the cross for our sins. His message is love God with everything you have,then love your neighbor as you love yourself . Just dare to love....you will not regret.
