North of 60 is a mid-1990s Canadian television series depicting life in the sub-Arctic northern boreal forest. It first aired on CBC Television in 1992 and was syndicated around the world. It is set in the fictional community of Lynx River, a primarily Native-run town depicted as being in the Dehcho Region, Northwest Territories. Most of the characters were Dene. Some non-native characters had important roles: the restaurant/motel owner, the band manager, the nurse and the town's main RCMP officer. The show explored themes of Native poverty, alcoholism, cultural preservation and conflict over land settlements and natural resource exploitation. Originally somewhat light-hearted, it quickly became a more dramatic and ponderous series.

A Revenue Canada agent shows up at lynx River and Peter tries to avoid him. Michelle is very slow with arresting Albert Golo what gets Joe, Nathan and James Harper frustratedâ€¦

James Harper gets a visit from his father, Jack Harper who tries to pressure Michelle so she would give James a transfer and also gives peter a great offer. Harris' head is full with preparations for his baby's arrival.

After Michelle has been shot, inspector Cormier shows up at Lynx River to resolve that mystery. He has some suspicions about Harper because he was not with Michelle when the whole thing happened. Tevee has some business with the oil company again and finds out that Joe Gome and some other people may be displaced. As the whole thing revolves, Teevee finally finds out who is the big Lynx River Resources boss. Sarah wants to tell Nathan Golo that her unborn baby is hisâ€¦

Episode 10 - The Smell of Violets

James Harper and Inspector Cormier are still triing to find out who was Michelle's attcker. Teevee dissapers what giuves them even more work to do. Gerry volunteers to be Jesse's godfatherâ€¦

The mysterious person who killed Michelle is still unknown, and Teevee is still missing. Albert is pressured to keep his promise for a new water sistem after he finds out that a health inspector is threating Gerry to close his restaurant because of contamination. Lois goes through some hard time because Teevee's missingâ€¦

Michelle returns back home and Charlie is happy but in the same time sad because Michelle does not wants to quit her dangerous job. Harris researched the town to find a perfect person that will perform a ceremony that would help Lois. Michelle's mysterious shooter is still unknown.

Sarah finds out the reason why Albert does not wants to have an important operation. Teevee gets sidetracked while he's hiking to his father's cabin. Gerry Kisilenko receives a letter that might change his future forever. Albert asks Joe Gomba for a big favourâ€¦

Episode 14 - In the Blue Ground (TV Movie)

A geologist looking for diamonds on band land far from town is murdered, and a piece of evidence brings Michelle to a stunning realization about the possible perpetrator. When Sarah is abducted from a camp not far from the murder, Michelle, James, and Joe go deep into the bush to rescue her. Will they succeed? And even if they do, will that be the end of her kidnapper's long held resentments?

The dedication of the Noda Deh Lodge--Peter and Teevee's grand plan to bring more tourism to Lynx River--is marred by a late night fire and a body. James begins to suspect Peter, who had been seen arguing with the dead man not long before the fire. Although Michelle wants to believe in her brother's innocence, his obvious lying about certain aspects of the incident makes it hard for her to do so. Adding to the tension --and the plausibility of a coverup-- is the fact that Peter is trying to become premier of the Northwest Territories. When James and Michelle travel to Yellowknife to investigate the dead man's work for the provincial legislature, hey begin to unravel a complicated web of political wheeling and dealing. But what--and whom--will they find at the center?

Strange and disturbing things are happening in Lynx River. As Michelle and James try to determine the cause of death of a body found in the river, Michelle and Teevee are having frightening dreams, and many of the town's children are struck by a mysterious illness. In the midst of all this, Teevee tries to close a deal for a new gas pipeline. Then an unexpected figure returns to Lynx River. Is he there to offer a warning, a solution, or both?

On a trip to Calgary to negotiate a hydroelectric deal, Teevee is arrested for the murder of a young native woman. As he attempts to cope with the hostile environment of the jail, Michelle tries to find out what really happened a quest that reaches its climax back in Lynx River.

January. 30,2005

Teevee pushes Michelle to accept the idea of an aboriginal police force, with former RCMP member Marjorie Sebastian supporting him and his former cellmate Matthew Fowler as a test case for community rehabilitation. But when a tourist is killed, suspicion falls on Matthew and on a Lynx River resident who may have had a longstanding grudge against the victim.

Postcards from Buster

Postcards from Buster is a children's television series for children aged 6–12, containing both animation and live-action that originally aired on Public Broadcasting Service. It is a spin-off of the Arthur cartoon series. The show stars Arthur's best friend, 8-year-old rabbit Buster Baxter. Inspired by a 2003 episode of Arthur entitled "Postcards from Buster", the television series was produced by Cinar and Marc Brown Studios. It first aired October 11, 2004, on PBS Kids Go!. Buster's interests include eating anything, reading comic books, and playing video games. Buster's personality is that of a fairly intelligent and curious child. He also believes that extraterrestrials are real. Buster's parents are divorced; in this series, Buster is seen with his father, Bo Baxter. Arthur Read and many other characters from the PBS Kids Go! animated television series Arthur make cameo appearances in this series, and most episodes have an Arthur character playing a minor role. The series went through a hiatus between November 2008 and February 2012.

This Hour Has 22 Minutes is a weekly Canadian television comedy that airs on CBC Television. Launched in 1993 during Canada's 35th general election, the show focuses on Canadian politics, combining news parody, sketch comedy and satirical editorials. Originally featuring Cathy Jones, Rick Mercer, Greg Thomey and Mary Walsh, the series featured satirical sketches of the weekly news and Canadian political events. The show's format is a mock news program, intercut with comic sketches, parody commercials and humorous interviews of public figures. The on-location segments are frequently filmed with slanted camera angles. Its full name is a parody of This Hour Has Seven Days, a CBC newsmagazine from the 1960s; the "22 Minutes" refers to the fact that a half-hour television program in Canada and the U.S. is typically 22 minutes long with eight minutes of commercials. Jones and Walsh had previously worked together on the sketch comedy series CODCO, on which Thomey sometimes appeared as a guest. Mercer had been a notable young writer and performer on his own, touring several successful one-man shows of comedic political commentary.

Mister Rogers' Neighborhood is an American children's television series that was created and hosted by namesake Fred Rogers. The series originated in 1963 as Misterogers on CBC Television, and was later debuted in 1966 as Misterogers' Neighborhood on the regional Eastern Educational Network, followed by its US network debut on February 19, 1968, and it aired on NET and its successor, PBS, until August 31, 2001. The series is aimed primarily at preschool ages 2 to 5, but has been stated by PBS as "appropriate for all ages".
