1918. After the death of the mother, the father decides to take the children to Moscow to see a distant relative. Excellent, Without a doubt!!
This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
