In his first special in seven years, Ricky Gervais slings his trademark snark at celebrity, mortality and a society that takes everything personally.

I love this movie so much
As Good As It Gets
Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.
Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
Ohhhhhhh! Such a big fan of Ricky Gervais, I even tried to get tickets for this tour and they sold out too quickly. We all know what we're in for when it comes to Ricky Gervais, we love the shock value, the controversy and the non pc humour, but i cringed pretty much all the way through this at where those boundaries were pushed. Is there any boundary left? Of course I'll return to Gervais any time he brings out a new comedy. But think I'll stay away from the stand up.
Starts a little slow but Ricky Gervais is a genius in Humanity. If you are easily offended you probably don't like Ricky Gervais anyway so if you are a fan it's a must see. I laughed out loud for most of this. Enjoy!
One thing that was widely noted after Ricky's last gig hosting the Golden Globes was his lack of originality. Almost every joke he made was recycled from his previous time hosting. Maybe use a few synonyms to replace words without changing the basic joke, but otherwise nothing new. His new Netflix special continues the steep d i wnslope. Just some long, overblown cheap shots at soft targets like trans people (a bit that would go over big with the Trump crowd. My, how courageous), or extended whines about people on social media who had the audacity to disagree with the megamillionaire. Ricky needs to take a few years off and recharge his batteries. He used to have a sense of humor. Perhaps he can rediscover it.
This was simply THEE best comedy special we've seen in a very long time. We were laughing pretty much from start to finish. If you're PC, an Obama-era kid, or a beta male/female, you'll probably hate this special. The truth hurts people with double-digit IQs and Ricky does it in this special with such finesse. It's absolutely fantastic. If I bought DVDs anymore, this would definitely go in my collection. He spews out intelligent jokes at the audience like venom and to some viewers it makes direct contact, he's THAT good. Some of us enjoy bathing in that hilariously dark truth, and others with no sense of humour or intelligence get hurt by it. I can't say how much I loved this, there are no words.
