An outrageous cut-rate producer is about to fulfill his lifelong dream to make a movie about the most offensive, dirtiest jokes ever told. As Charlie and his filmmaking team hilariously struggle to write a script and assemble their award-winning cast, the movie-within-a-movie emerges with one dirty joke after another. Only one can take the crown for writing the dirtiest joke ever told, and Charlie will do whatever he can to be that king.

I love this movie so much
If you don't like this, we can't be friends.
I wanted to but couldn't!
A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.
Below zero This joke alone is funnier than the entire movie. On this horrible movie you have same old jokes we heard million times before. Seriously, you better watch a random show on television. Watch a TV show you didn't have the time to watch, it will be better than this movie for sure.
A producer walks into a building to pitch the idea for making a movie made up of dirty jokes. And they make it. That is literally the plot to this movie and it's absolutely terrible. There is no reason for this movie to even exist. Get a bunch of friends together and go around the circle telling dirty and offensive jokes and occasionally open a Playboy magazine and stare at some naked women. It'll be the same thing and you'll have saved some money and time.Don't bother with this unless you're 12 because I think that's the only age where you'd find this funny.
Chris Meloni is the director of a radical movie that will be made entirely out of jokes, especially dirty ones. Together with his team, they must decide on what sort of jokes to use, how much pornography there will be and how offensive it will get before getting into trouble. It's an alternation between the sequences where they actually make the movie and randomly selected jokes that will eventually form the movie. All scenes are presented in a comical style even if it wasn't necessary all the time. It tries to be like a stand-up comedy, but the funny stuff isn't presented by a guy/girl with a microphone on a stage. The problem with it is that it tries too hard to be funny. Most of the jokes aren't even funny (in my opinion of course) but I did find some that really made me laugh. If you're someone who likes comedy and you don't mind swearing and nude girls you should try this movie. For me though, it's just another average movie which doesn't manage to rise itself from mediocrity.
I like low-brow humor...this wasn't even at that level. This is clearly one of the worst excuses for a movie that I have ever seen. The premise was stupid, the jokes were stupid, the acting was stupid, and thank goodness that the movie was free on Comcast and I could fast forward through the whole thing....actually I never even made it to the end.The one redeeming factor was that Christoper Meloni was 'disguised' enough that this probably didn't ruin his career....although not sure how much he has done since this film .Do not waste your time. If you want to waste your time, at least watch something from Troma.
