Best movie ever!
Admirable film.
I cannot think of one single thing that I would change about this film. The acting is incomparable, the directing deft, and the writing poignantly brilliant.
This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
I like Bollywood movies...I kinda like Khatrina..but Salman..why is the guy even still making movies? the dancing was bad..the plot bad..the acting bad...come on they are supposed to be special agents for god's sake..apart from a little action..no character or behavior of a spies!anyhow..I just finished in the breaks I took from studying..which I never do to a movie!Salman looks tired all the time.. Apart from one song ..I could not understand why some songs even were there..The movie could have been longer.. That wouldn't have bothered me ..And the issue India/Pakistan ..come on..if you have to chew that chow that shoo some more..do it with style!
I must say this movie was pretty good and entertaining. Forget logic when you are watch Sallu's film, only expect entertainment and Salman in every frame. This movie has action, bit of comedy, over the top action and zero acting from Salman Khan. The song are pretty awesome and unique to be honest. My favorite being "Banjaara". Even the video is great with Katrina looking cute.Sad but lovely song "Saiyaara"."Ek the tiger theme song" which make you feel part of the song movie."Laapata" only dud but works okay on screen. And "Mashallah" only good for it's arabic appeal which is played in ending credits. So watch Ek Tha tiger but it will only entertain you if you are into illogical Sallu movies.I'll give it 6 out of 10.
I didn't really want to watch this film, but a few of my friends said I should watch it so I eventually did. I was really disappointed with this film. The story is less about spies and more about love. We see Tiger (Salman Khan), a RAW agent on a mission in the beginning of the film and it kills like 10 people and thats it for that mission. He goes to England to observe a scientist and meets Zoya (Katrina Kaif) who is an ISI agent and they both fall in love. They run away together from both RAW and ISI so they can live their lives together peacefully. The action is top notch in this film, but the romantic scenes and the few comedy scenes aren't great at all. Salman Khan can not do romantic scenes and his dialogues are not that good compared to his other films like Wanted, Dabangg and Bodyguard. Katrina does well in her action sequences, but as usual she puts on a stale performance for all her other scenes. The Salman and Katrina on screen is very overrated as evident in this movie and from the disastrous Yuvraaj. The songs are decent in this film. Mashallah and Lappata are the best in the film. The locations and the cinematography are excellent.Overall, this film is only for any die hard Salman Khan fan. For others, you may or may not like it. My verdict, a disappointing 5/10
To start of with, I didn't like the previous 2 movies of Salman, viz. Ready and Bodyguard. But Ek tha Tiger for me, is a pleasant entertainer. Kabir Khan after 'Newyork' does a good job as a director again. Credit goes to him coz he makes Tiger a very charming character like Chulbul Pandey and Salman Khan executed it precisely.Salman is at his best, both in romance and action. Katrina looks gorgeous and has equal screen time. She has performed well. Both the leads are in the best costumes, specially in songs. Cinematography is top-notch. The screenplay works at a decent pace though some cinematic liberty has been taken in the storyline. I wasn't bored throughout. The action is excellent, thanks to stunt crew from Hollywood. Music is OK. Its one of the good films of Salman and a must watch.
