Entertaining from beginning to end, it maintains the spirit of the franchise while establishing it's own seal with a fun cast
Like the great film, it's made with a great deal of visible affection both in front of and behind the camera.
The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
This is a documentary by Michael Moore that shows the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks and and how the government responded, with a prime focus on President George W. Bush. However, much of the film has a very one-sided biased approach on what happened, making the president out to be the villain and everything he has done wrong - completely ignoring any true leadership he displayed during the aftermath of the tragic events and his plans to protect America.Grade F
I've seen most of Moore's documentaries and just like watching Stone's JFK...they ALL have the point of view (correct or not) of the director. Madonna showed the younger generation that NOTHING was UNACCEPTABLE. In fact the more controversy, the better. Right Madonna? You did such a great job, now even YOU can't shock anyone these days! But to my point for writing. I can't help but be wondering if this person who I happen to agree with regarding everything before, during, and after 9/11. In fact I KNOW for a certainty, that our own CIA under the planning and directions of the very same power brokers who are true born US citizens and those not of this country made sure this country had yet one more in a long line of PUBLIC attacks against the people who live in this once great country are manipulated in whatever way they deem required to obtain their goals. Usually, like most things, the truth is buried, BIG money is made or exchanged, and just like your typical magic show...the people are supposed to be looking where THEY want. As long as the truth is never believed by the majority of the country's population, THEY never ever have to fear any type of uprising or reprisals by the (now extinct) Middle Class majority.Just what does this same comment writer who wrote about this movie think or have thought about the Obama eight years of treason? What does this person think of the Clinton's decades of treason and profiteering? Has this same man spent any time at all thinking about how the Clinton's or the Obama's became so rich? I wonder if he is a Trump hater? It's been nearly 13 years since this movie & his post. If you're there, please feel free to write me. I'd post my email, but it's not allowed here. Has Moore made any movie about the 8 years of Obama? I'm guessing NO, but I'll look to be certain.
A good movie about the story on how Iraq invasion started and how Afghanistan was ignored even though it was the caused the 9/11 by the Bush administration. Although one side is portrayed the narrative and dramatization is good. The movie ending with the narrator asking the congressmen to enlist their sons to the army was good. And it is typical of every country leaders. The movie opening with Al Gore getting defeated in the 2001 election and how the minority community was ignored was good and sets the scene for the entire movie. A must movie for anyone who is interested in watching a conspiracy movie. A good documentary movie with adequate dramatization, so it does not get boring.
Even the ridiculous Republican Party is smart enough to identify the numerous mistakes George W. Bush made while President of the United Sates. Starting a worthless war that costed trillions of dollars, killed millions of civilians, and killed a bunch of our young men and women fighting for our country is one of them. One of the greatest and most controversial documentaries of all time comes from no other than Michael Moore, the "in your face" filmmaker who tackles down issues that hurt our society. On Fox News' hit list and on liberals dream list, Moore has a chemistry to his filmmaking that no one else possesses. Michael Moore explores everything wrong with the Bush administration, specifically how he handled 9/11 and created an evil war. Moore tackles Bush's economic policies, his horrendous policies that affected the poor, and just about everything including how he east his cereal. Moore isn't playing hissy fit though. he takes an idea and opens it up to see how much damage the Republican Party did t this country and to Iraq. With a stylish and sarcastic feel to it, "Fahrenheit 9/11" handles how we as people deal with violence and how we respond to various situations and reminds us that non-fiction is what we need in a time where many people to be reminded and woken up.
