A waste of 90 minutes of my life

A Masterpiece!

It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.

There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes

Thus wuss DA bast mover Eva. Et wuss whey butter Thur Tut Bae Moovy. Eye lid Evert second oaf DA mover. Eye wold prejudgment dis two AL meh fronds. Theh wold rely lick ET. 10/10 extraordinary film. Tell everyone a boot this mover. Theh mover was best mover.10/10

While my rating may not really depict that, I do actually enjoy the chipmunks in general. That doesn't mean that the movie/sequels are actually good. Quite the opposite is the case, getting predictable is one (forgivable) thing, but getting completely ridiculous a different one, that cannot be hidden that well.So while you can still have fun with this or the previous one for that matter, Pixar has set a bar that many others see as standard when it comes to entertaining. And have to be held or compared to as well. While some succeed and the first Chipmunks movie did have something special, that flavor seems to be fading ... The young ones won't mind, mind you! ;o)

This movie is so awful, so cringe-worthily broken that not even a joke from someone like IHE can save it. Everything is just terrible. The story doesn't go anywhere, the characters suck, and the jokes are as stale and bad as old chips. There is no excuse for something like this. Whoever thought that another Chipmunks movie (after the failure that was Chipwrecked) was a good idea needs to be fired.I saw this for a dollar at the theater, but it was against my own will, and I so badly wanted to make a run for the exit the whole time. There were lots of young kids. They were laughing at the cringe-y jokes. I was groaning at them. "This is how far we have gone as a civilization. Butt jokes and rodents.... yep. This species is doomed, this new generation is screwed, and please end the movie already."At one point one of the characters we're supposed to care about says "crap". I could hear the collective gasp from the audience. I smiled. The movie thought it had enough motivation and edge to say "crap". Well news flash... it didn't. I could almost imagine, word for word, what parents would say about the movie. "EWWWWW! MY CHILD WENT AND SAW THIS MOVIE, AND THE MOVIE SAID CRAP! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE A PG MOVIE SHOULDN'T SAY CRAP OMG!" Yes, let's all hate the movie that says "crap" once. Let's not hate it because it's a terrible movie. Let's not hate it for the bad jokes, the terrible script, and the trash characters. Let's not hate it for everything else, let's all hate it because it's rated PG and it says "crap". Never mind that Zathura is PG and it says "d*ck". Never mind that all PG movies have the ability to say "crap", never mind that crap isn't even that terrible a word, it's in a movie targeted for kids, which makes it bad.I could go on and on for hours about how bad the movie is. But all just sum it up in one word.Crap.

It had me at the edge of my chair for the whole movie! While the chipmunks where making me laugh so hard I screened in pain I was also asking how did they get real chipmunks? Then it hit me right in the left toenail! They aren't real chipmunks! They just real 3D action Chips! Even though my kids wouldn't shut F**k up... I still haired the good voice acts! (Daryn Kahn being my favorite) But Oh noes just not where my review ends come back ha ha! The Alvin was a great role molder for my kids even though the s**t didn't listen the d**k hands. And ways the fat chip made me laugh too showing fat persons like me they can be funny. Plus I eat lots too <3 for Theodore. Any was it was pretty nice or something. Final, it was alright but not minions. (it k)
