Excellent but underrated film
Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.
I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
Terrible movie with some really plastic acting. I think Bert & Ernie (Sesame St) and a few of the cast from the muppet show would have made a better drama than these bunch of C rate actors. The story goes with the quality of actors. Please dont waste 1 hr 20 of your life on this garbage
I'm not a plant. I'm not a troll. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is to allow others to see and add it to their "Worst Movies I've Ever Seen" lists. It's not even funny-bad. It's just bad.
I wrote a long review for this movie, then I deleted it and wrote this:the technical aspects of the movie, both flight related and medically related are farcical. Ludicrous and often delivered by what appears to be cardboard cut outs of over acting monotonic dummies.the pretense of the movie is just outright stupid, only made worse by the fact that the circumstances are reinforced during a cell phone conversation with one of the cardboard cut outs fathers.the technical elements regarding the aircraft are both wrong for almost every reference made, and insanely hilarious for the most part. And, by the way, delivered by yet other cardboard cut outs that clearly lacked the benefit of any technical advisors on set (probably because the $50 budget didn't stretch to it!).I normally do not slam a movie as badly as this, but I am actually ashamed that I watched it through. In short: have a labotomy prior to watching this movie, you might enjoy it then.
All this would not happen.1980s the U.S.S.R. admitted to the U.S. they had a problem with their Strategic Rocket Forces (ICBMs) Security. The U.S. provided the U.S.S.R. with the U.S. Concept of ICBM "Launch Codes" in that two separate Launch Codes must be used for each ICBM to Launch, the Launch Codes are NOT at the Missile Command and Control Center nor at each of the Missile Silos but is at a Strategic Command and Control Center like the U.S.S.R.s Ural Mountain Complex (counterpart to U.S. NORAD), these Two Launch Codes per ICBM are transmitted to the Missile Command and Control Center thru the U.S.S.R. Counterpart of a Two Person U.S. Emergency Message Authentication System Message (E.M.A.S.) Message. The U.S.S.R. and U.S. Missile Silo Command and Control Centers were made to withstand a near hit from a Thermo Nuclear Weapon, full armed assaults including airstrikes with repeated strikes of 1,000 pound bombs, procedures are in place that even from within a traitor cannot do as portrayed "Rebels" took over a Russian ICBM Missile Facility and launched on the U.S..At anytime the Russian Federation's Strategic Rocket Forces Command and Control can transmit a Emergency Destruction Code, like the Two Launch Codes, there are Two Emergency Destruction Codes per ICBM.1990s after we defeated the U.S.S.R. at Afghanistan as CIA Operation Cyclone, the U.S.S.R. had fears that the Muslims would seize the U.S.S.R. Nuclear weapons sold to their previous Ally the Pakistanis. The U.S. then showed the Russian Federation how the U.S. provides Security, as Permissive Action Link (P.A.L) Devices, that if tampered with render the Nuclear Warhead, Weapon unusable or in worst case will explode the explosives killing everybody near but not causing a Nuclear Detonation. The Russian Federation mass produced these went into Pakistan and installed these, instructed the Pakistanis how to use this, the Russians then monitored this for years, then the U.S. started the monitoring when the Pakistanis became U.S. Allies.Everything above was verified by U.S and U.S.S.R. (Russian Federation) Verification Officers as required by the Strategic Arms Limitation Talks, and START, Intermediate range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty.
