This movie is the proof that the world is becoming a sick and dumb place
Absolutely the worst movie.
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.
'Groundhog Day' meets 'Scream' as an obnoxious, blonde college girl keeps re-living the same day. The last day of her life. Okay, we see her get stabbed, burned alive, hanged etc...but is that what the story is all about? Of course not. It's all about self-improvement as this arrogant, sorority b**** experiences her dismissiveness of others in a never-ending loop. So she pays more attention to others, rebels against her in-crowd group, helps a closet gay accept his sexuality, reconnects with family etc. This journey continues as does her quest to survive the day and discover the identity of her killer.
This was funny , quirky all around entertaining. A great twist did not expect it .
Great for an evening in with a bottle of red and snacks. The plot has been seen before but this takes nothing away from the loveable characters. Totally good fun
MORE REVIEWS AT booksequalhappiness.blogspot.comI honestly thought at first that I wouldn't enjoy this. I don't really like senseless deaths of characters in a movie but this one was really fun to watch. You would feel bad for Tree and you would grow to care for her. I love how things turned out and how she discovered the truth. I really liked the twist they added. Carter was a wonderful person and I found Jessica Rothe really pretty.PS: The baby mask was really scary.
